In this role, you will be expected to play a pivotal role in our business through project management, customer engagement and developing others. To achieve this, strategic thinking, focus on quality and strong people skills are vital. About you: You will ideally have 2+ years work experience - Full clean NZ Drivers License - able to lead highly effective teams to achieve project and company objectives; - passionate about people; - naturally looking for solutions "outside of the square" when solutions are not obvious; - able to make calculated, rapid decisions under pressure and understand the impact of those decisions throughout the business; - able to look at situations from both a commercial and customer perspective; - able to prioritise workload and convey to others when there may be urgency required to fulfil customer expectations; - confident in networking situations; - practical, with good tool skills and a "Kiwi No 8 wire" mentality; - a good communicator; - able to lift items weighing 20+ kg on a regular basis; and - computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel and Word. **Mō tō mātou āhuatanga | Who we are** Geotechnics Ltd is a specialist materials testing company providing laboratory - and field-testing services to the geotechnical, civil and environmental engineering industries.
