**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct and coordinate road maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operational teams across contracts.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Planning, program development, and being the key point of contact with our clients for managing the relationship and contract performance.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in maintenance contract management within the road maintenance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
