Finance & Insurance Consultant

Rutherford & Bond Toyota is a market leading vehicle dealership where we pride ourselves on doing the simple things well and making it easy for our customers to do business with us.

We’re looking for a Finance & Insurance Consultant to compliment our experienced and successful Vehicle Sales department at our Kapiti Branch.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- Maximise Gross Per vehicle sold to meet company KPIs- Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.- Looking after all customers finance enquiries- Offering and promoting to all customers the full range of Toyota Financial Services products- Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets- Always meeting deadlines- Providing all customers with a great customer experience.The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Experience in sales in advantageous but not crucial- Accuracy and quality focused- Demonstrates excellent initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner- Competency with numbers and dealing with a large number of documents- Good networking skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customers- Self-motivated and able to make the role your own with a desire for professional development and advancement within the company- Experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance consultant is desirableOn Offer:
