Are you ready to front one of New Zealand's most iconic brands in a fast-paced and people-facing environment? Entain Australia and New Zealand are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Taupo Branch working 20 hours per week. This is a fixed term contract role until May 2025.

As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. While providing excellent customer service, you will quickly and accurately assist in the placing of bets while creating an engaging experience. You'll be driven to provide expert product knowledge and advice, while creating an atmosphere that highlights the organisation as a fun and welcoming environment. While we would be keen to hear from anyone with TAB experience, this is not essential, and we can provide training.

**Where and How you can work...**

Working in the Retail team will allow you to have access to shifts across 7 days with the typical branch opening hours ranging from 9.00am until 7.00pm, Monday - Sunday. You would need to be flexible across the week and able to work evenings and weekends, including the possibility of public holidays. _This is a part time role of 20 hours per week, on a fixed term contract until May 2025._

**You're a match if you ideally have.**
- Experience in customer service and passion for helping people.
- Cash handling or till experience, and confidence in your numeric skills.
- An interest in sports and racing.
- Previous TAB experience, or gaming operating experience, would be advantageous.
- The willingness and motivation to become a product expert,
- Great communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
- A consistently positive attitude day in and day out.
