**About the opportunity**

This is your chance to join the Norwood team at our Hastings dealership. We are looking for an experienced Parts Salesperson to contribute to the commercial success of our Dealership through their success in procuring and selling parts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will perform 2IC tasks to support the Parts Manager and be developed to act in the role when cover is needed.

**Key responsibilities will also include**
- Communicating with customers over the counter and phone providing them with parts advice
- Sourcing and supplying parts for tractors and agricultural equipment
- Keeping accurate records such as inventory control data
- Involved with the display and sale preparation of products
- Providing 2IC support for the Parts Manager

**To be successful you will have**
- Experience in automotive/agricultural parts sales or interpretation
- Proven sales ability
- A professional manner, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Evidence of building and maintaining successful relationships
- A proven ability to take the time to listen and truly understand a customer needs and a definite drive to find solutions
- Ability to read plans and technical drawings will an advantage
