**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related issues, including managing contracts, project timelines, and budgets.
- Review contractor bids and assist with the negotiation of contracts.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve construction-related issues and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation related to construction activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with a focus on contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams of professionals.
