**ALUMINIUM LOUVER INSTALLER AND FABRICATOR**

**Location**: Auckland Region

**Employment Type**: Full-time (minimum 30 hours/per week, Monday to Saturday on roster), Permanent role

**You pay**: $26.69-$35.00 per hour depending on your skills

QT Aluminium Design and Fabrication Limited is an Auckland-based company

We are now looking for 3 ALUMINIUM LOUVER INSTALLER AND FABRICATORS to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access to a reputable and experienced company.

**Tasks you may carry out**:

- Interpreting drawings and reading and understanding all instructions before starting each job
- Identifying and selecting the right materials, cleaning and preparing aluminium stock
- Cutting, manufacturing and assembling aluminium louver and fabrication to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Fitting and assembling metal components
- Fabricating and welding parts and metal flashing together as specified
- Attaching fittings and completing the product build
- Cleaning the product and completing final quality checks against specifications
- Installing aluminium products according to the blueprints on site
- At all times use supplied PPE
- Keeping workstations clean, tidy and safe
- Assisting team members in other sections as directed

**To be successful you will need**:

- Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions
- Have at least three years of relevant experience, or

at least a relevant level 4 qualification or above, can be equivalent overseas qualification
- Be physically fit and willingness to work outdoors
- Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically
- A "can-do" attitude
