**Job Description**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Testing and support experience in a related area
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills including sound English language skills
- An ability to quickly understand customer issues and provide fast and efficient resolution in a professional manner
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate technical jargon into non-technical responses
- Demonstrated proficiency using and managing MS Windows 10 operating system

**Qualifications**:
Desirable skills & experience:

- Experience in supporting bespoke software
- Experience using Group Policy, PowerShell, and other Windows scripting tools
- Experience with N-Central for group-wide device management
- Scripting skills such as SQL queries, VBA, JavaScript, PowerShell or similar
