**Job Title**:Part-Time Checkout Supervisor

**Location**:Fendalton New World

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Checkout Supervisor to join our team at Fendalton New World.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise checkout operators to ensure excellent service.
- Manage staff breaks and daily schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and refunds.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure till accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Must be able to work 1 weekend shift as well as evening 15-20 hours.
