We're on the lookout for a SECURITY GUARD/HOST to join our high energy bar in the heart of Queenstown

**The Role**
Our security team is the first point of contact for all of our customers along with being a direct extension of our brand. It is vital that you provide a warm welcome to our guests and continue that rapport throughout the evening. Your role includes:

- Proactively monitoring intoxication levels within our site.
- Reporting and coordinating with the head of security.
- Managing and de escalating conflict.
- Upholding the sale and supplier of Liquor Act 2012.
- Checking IDs.

**In return for your dedication and commitment, we o**ffer**:

- Competitive pay - $22.70 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience.

**Skills / Experience**
- Be able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Communicate effectively
- Be trustworthy and mature
- Be able to control tricky situations and conversations responsibly
- Share the passion we have for our brand and demonstrate this

**Working weekends is essential, we are looking for flexible applicants who are able to commit to late nights.**

**Accommodation**

If you are requiring accommodation, we are offering long-term accommodation in a fully furnished shared twin room with linen for $200 a week, or a single room for $300 a week. Short-term accommodation is also available at $275 for the twin room, and $400 for a single room. The housing is a short five minute walk from town - super close
