Our team here at Active Explorers Greta Point, feel that they are supported and looked after, being a smaller centre there are real opportunities to form genuine relationships with all families... and as teachers we all love this, right This also means that children interact with all members of the centre team, all in the centre are acknowledged and celebrated - we are a family.

We love our community - this year we are yet again aiming to support Wellington’s iconic around the bays event - opening our doors and supporting the competitors as they take part in this event - music, smiles, laughter, and bubbles and cheering everyone on as they near the finish line and having our centre open for parents who need a pit stop/nappy change.

Our team would love for you to join us - We have one full time Certified Teacher position and a part time Certified Teacher role (supporting two room as kaiako have breaks and non-contact, 25 - 30 hours per week).

This part time position would be perfect for someone returning to work or with school aged children.

To succeed in this role, can you bring the following?
- You have a fantastic and positive personal brand in the ECE sector.
- ECE Qualified and hold current ECE Teaching Registration
- Positive and proactive attitude to learning and growing your professional practice
