We are looking for a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator / Analyst to join our People and Capability team on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of this role is to provide accurate and timely coordination, advice and data/metrics, ensuring the smooth running of our learning programmes and acting as the key point of contact for L+D queries.

**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Ownership of the yearly training calendar, proactively organising and promoting offerings, and making recommendations for learning needs
- Building strong relationships with learning facilitators and other key stakeholders in the business
- Ensuring employee learning records are maintained and up to date, both for internal and external training
- Being the key point of contact for employees on all training related queries
- Developing and maintaining our L+D Intranet pages, ensuring a great learner experience
- Managing the LMS and responsible for user access, trouble shooting, and documentation/creation of system processes and guides
- Overseeing the quality and integrity of capability data and ensuring that it is handled according to relevant data management policies and processes

**About you**:

- Efficient with strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- System savvy with previous experience administering a Learning Management System
- Can understand, read and interpret data, and present findings in an engaging way
- Proficient in using the LMS and other reporting tools to generate reports and analyse data
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with others, with a strong client mindset
- Team player with a good sense of humour
- At least 2 years' experience within Learning and Development
- Tertiary qualification in business or HR related degree
