**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
Health and Beauty is a pretty dynamic category making around $2-3 million worth of sales each week It’s a category which offers complexity and growth - think the high volume and diversity of products, the numerous suppliers you’ll collaborate with and organising our very own Health & Beauty events The categories this role will look after are: Medicinal, Diet & Sport, Vitamins, Cosmetics, Hair & Beauty accessories, Hair colourants and Period Care
Key accountabilities:

- Identifying the business’s merchandise needs and understanding the buying/selling patterns to be able to provide insight on planning and activities
- Maintain awareness of product trends, availability and customer preferences
- Build strong, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and maintaining these relationships
- Development of strategic plans including recommendations to changes to drive the success of the category
