We are seeking an Intermediate Product/UX Designer to join our design team, you will have a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products and work to improve and solidify our brands Sylo and Seekers.

You will be experienced in planning and conducting end-to-end design activities, assisting with workshops through to wireframing and user testing. A strong focus on UX & product design whilst still proficient in UI design will make you an ideal fit for this role.

We are a small close knit team and still like to think of ourselves as a startup, even though we’ve been around since 2007. We are one of the few Web3 businesses globally that have been building decentralised tech for over a decade

**Requirements**:

- Deliver world-class, engaging user-centric experiences and strategic led design thinking.
- Collaborate closely with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- Build strong relationships with our internal engineering and product teams.
- Maintain and improve on existing design systems and processes.
- Frequently review product builds from the development team and give design direction.

**Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in UX / UI with a background in product-related environment
- Understanding of HTML or CSS to help inform design.
- Proficient in Figma or similar systems.
- Bachelor of design or equivalent.

**Beneficial experience**
- An understanding / passion for crypto, Web3, blockchain.
- A passion for gaming, NFTs or similar.
