**What the role involves**:

- The role of the Direct Marketing Executive is to execute all direct digital communications across a range of omnichannel touchpoints to deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right customer, for all brands operated by Restaurant Brands (NZ).
- Plan, brief and execute all direct marketing campaigns, collaborating with brand, digital marketing and agency partners to develop creative and campaign assets.
- Creation of tactical and campaign content including copywriting and visual assets, as well as trigger-based, always-on and transactional marketing communications.
- Management of audience and campaign logic in conjunction with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on delivering testing plan for revenue optimization and omnichannel personalization.

**Skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in related marketing roles
- Strong written and communication skills
- Acute focus on detail and strong creative flair
- Experience in building automated marketing campaigns using Braze or similar CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, implementation, project management, data analysis, creative problem solving, and working autonomously to build plans and deliver campaigns and automated direct digital communications
- Prior experience briefing and managing creative and media agencies preferred
