The purpose of the Service, Victims and Resolutions Group is to enable and deliver Our Business through coordinated national services. The Victims Services team contributes to Police strategies to reduce the impact of victimisation on victims through the administration of the rights accorded to them by the Victims' Rights Act 2002. Providing effective services to victims is central to delivering the policing services New Zealanders expect and deserve. You will be helping Police to ensure we are carrying out our statutory responsibilities to victims, with a focus on victims of specified offences (s29 victims).
