The Cleaning Team Leader is employed to provide leadership and support to staff delivering cleaning services at one of our client sites. Spotless currently delivers cleaning at a range of facilities such as hospitals, public service buildings, commercial premises, public facilities, manufacturing plants, and Defence sites.

This role entails working in a diverse environment and interacting with multiple stakeholders. The position therefore requires the individual to plan, organise, and prioritise their work and that of their staff in order to meet strict deadlines, contract key performance indicators and to ensure that stakeholders and client end users are satisfied with a high standard of service.

- Proven experience in the rostering and supervision of cleaning services.
- Ability to develop positive relationships and build a collaborate culture.
- Sound written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
