We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team on a full-time basis. The

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform panel beating tasks efficiently and accurately according to job
specifications and industry standards.
2. Repair and restore vehicle body panels to their original condition using
appropriate tools and techniques.
3. Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans accordingly.
4. Welding and fabrication of metal components when necessary.
5. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and masking.
6. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of two to three years' experience as a panel beater.
2. Proficiency in panel beating techniques, including dent removal, panel
replacement, and welding.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
