Driver- Class 4

Our Ashburton team are looking for a Class 4 Driver to join our team on a permanent and full-time basis, working Monday to Friday with your weekends free Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for
- Daily vehicle checks
- Driving & operating our industry specific trucks to collect refuse & recycling
- Adhering to high levels of health and safety
- Ensuring you take your necessary breaks according to NZTA logbook requirements
Not just your normal driving role, there is a physical aspect with regular manual handling, so if you like to keep fit while you work, this is the right job for you.
What we're looking for
- A clean Class 4 licence (or above)
- A sound understanding of Health & Safety and NZTA's Worktime and Logbook requirements
- Reasonable level of physical fitness and motivation to keep fit while your work
- Working knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety, and the importance of
