**Grand Millennium Auckland **is looking for a part time **Security Officer** to work night shifts. This is a broad position where you will oversee all the security services to ensure the safety of all staff and guests, as well as the security of all assets.

You will be responsible for the completion of all office correspondence and registers, patrolling of all areas in the hotel and ensuring guest and staff safety at all times. You will monitor CCTV cameras and escort unwanted visitors from the premises when appropriate. This is a key role, you will need excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure.

To be successful in this role you will need to hold a current COA license as well as have previous security or police industry experience, ideally two or more years. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.

This is a part time position where you will be working nightshifts, so you will need to be available evenings, overnights and also weekend and public holidays as required.
