We have 12 clubs in New Zealand and around 50,000 members. To deliver the world’s best fitness experiences, we’re looking for an exceptional Sales & Reception Manager to lead our team at Les Mills Hutt City.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving ambitious targets for new members on a monthly basis as well as nailing the welcomes, check ins, enquiries, and ‘see you tomorrows’ of all our members.

You’ll lead the Sales and Reception teams; recruiting, training, inspiring, coaching and driving them to succeed. You will ideally have:

- A proven sales and customer service background
- Leadership experience in coaching and developing others
- The ability to influence and inspire those around you
- A desire to develop culture and talent within a large and diverse team
- Experience in fast-paced, high performance environments
- Your own fitness story and be passionate about health and wellness

This is a full-time role for 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to cover Duty Manager shifts throughout the week.
