**Your main duties will include**:

- Follow recipes and prepare different types of cakes, donuts, scones, muffins etc
- Ensure quality and consistency of products by performing quality checks
- Decorate cakes, donuts and muffins with creativity and precision
- Packaging and pricing of products
- Traying up of frozen products for baking and running ovens
- Ensure bakery cabinets, shelves and racks are appropriately stocked and faced
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety rules
- Take customer orders and handle customer enquires
- Learn how to do daily dough and cake production
- Maintain a clean and tidy bakery, this includes cleaning of the Bakery daily
- You may also be required to work in other areas within the store

Please note, this is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. This role will include early starts and at least one weekend day (Sunday). Hours will be discussed during the interview process.
