We're looking for a confident and experienced **Store Manager** to lead our team at **Porirua store**. You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product - someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.

**Here's what's on offer**:
**Role - Store Manager**
- **Rostered Hours**:Tuesday to Saturday
- ** Minimum Hours**:40
- ** Salary**: $60k

**What your day will look like**:

- Leading and managing the daily operations of your store
- Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences
- Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets
- Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture
- Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising
- Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks
