Brandt is an international business operating John Deere dealership in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In New Zealand, _Brandt operates 10 dealerships in the North Island. Brandt is currently looking for a Service Technician, with a trade qualification and/or work experience related to the role, to work out of our Pukekohe branch._

**_About the role:_**
- _$30- $40 per hour depending on level of experience._ _Full time and permanent - 40 hours minimum guaranteed a week._
- _Trade qualification and/or work experience related to the role required._
- _ Based in Pukekohe._

**_The key responsibilities for this position include:_**
- _Perform service and repairs on a variety of John Deere, Lemken, Kramer and other farming machinery to a high standard._
- _Perform inspections and make recommendations for repairs._
- _Diagnose faults and rectify according to approved procedures._
- _Undertake ongoing training._
- _Prepare new equipment for delivery._

**_The key skills required for this role include:_**
- _Mechanical Trade qualification, or those apprenticed in a mechanical trade._
- _Ability to diagnose faults and failures through modern diagnostic techniques._
- _Ability to perform repairs and reconditioning of vehicle and machinery systems._
- _Be well organised and able to complete paperwork in a competent manner._
- _Ability to work in a team and individually._
- _Excellent communication and customer service._
