**About the Role**

An opportunity exists for an Obstetrics and Gynaecology MOSS to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Health New Zealand, Te Whatu Ora, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.

This 12 months fixed-term position (1.0 FTE) will be based at Tauranga Hospital with a commitment to supporting services across the Bay of Plenty, including Whakatāne Hospital.

**About the Team/Service/ Location**

**About You**
- Personable and adept at working in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Previous experience as a MOSS, advanced training registrar or overseas vocational registration in Obstetrics and gynaecology.
- Attended ACLS or similar resuscitation course in last 5 years or be willing to undertake this.
- Ideally, eligible for Specialist Registration as a Obstetrician & Gynaecologist in New Zealand.
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
