**About this role**:
This full-time role is critical to the marketing, design and brand team at Crimson’s online high school: Crimson Global Academy (CGA). As a Design team member you will help develop the brand's experience through all of its touchpoints. You will be a part of a small high-functioning team of designers that support our 27+ global markets in all their design needs.

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Designing and adapting marketing concepts and materials for the marketing and sales teams across the globe. This includes but is not limited to digital and print ads, e-books, prospectus, one-pagers, brochures, digital images, exhibitions and more.
- Design our brands digital and social media campaigns and promotions: Google Display Network (static & animated), EDMs, Social media Posts and Ads, landing pages, etc.
- Help develop and champion the new CGA brand guidelines and assets, as well as create conceptual layouts for each project using its new look & feel.
- Help approve ads from around the world produced by our markets to ensure they are on-brand and consistent.
- Creation of Crimson branded templates in Canva to enable our markets to produce on-brand collateral for their country.
- Develop our websites components and assets by collaborating with our Tech team for any new feature that needs to be developed.
- Create web assets and pages for our global site and local pages around the world, as well as for landing pages for global campaigns.

**What skills and experience are required?**
- Have a degree in Graphic design, visual communication, advertising or similar
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skill (Important: CVs without a portfolio link/pdf/etc will not be considered).
- Able to self-manage multiple projects at once and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Competency with:

- Adobe CC: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Additional skills in: Figma, Canva, After Effects or Premiere Pro would be a bonus
