The AA Driving School has been teaching New Zealand drivers for over 50 years. Students who have engaged with our friendly, knowledgeable and professional driving instructors for lessons, have informed us that they feel more confident and competent behind the wheel, as well as more prepared for their licence tests.

You will find us to be a close-knit team of passionate road safety advocates, who love supporting our nationwide team of driving and motorcycle instructors.

We are looking to continue to grow our instructor network by engaging with motivated people who are eager to combine their passion for education and training, road safety and interest in working with young people, into a well-supported franchise business.

Our new driver training program (Drivers' Seat) has been launched to offer drivers a focused learning journey at each stage of the licence process; be it Learner, Restricted, Full or already fully licenced. We believe that Drivers' Seat will offer our franchised instructors a strong income base, with plenty of opportunities to earn additional income through our Defensive Driving Course service offering and working within our 'Fleet & Business' portfolio.

**How the model works for a new Instructor joining our family - the basics**:

- A fully branded, new Suzuki vehicle with dual controls & in-car camera system, AA uniform and all training material mean you are good to go
- An interactive, automated calendar booking platform that allows students to choose their nearest AA Instructor and pay for their lessons in advance.
- Collect students from centralized collection points
- Support from the AA Head Office covers induction, national marketing & brand awareness, local marketing, social media & web, business development, mentoring, etc.
- You get to leverage AA's influence, credibility and advocacy
- 24/7 NZ based call centre support for your customers/clients
