**Are you up for the challenge of running and managing our top Butchery department?** We are looking for a **Butchery Manager** with outstanding leadership, organisational and planning skills to lead our successful team and excel at consistently delivering high standards. **To be successful in this role, the applicant will have**: - Previous Butchery Manager or Assistant Manager experience - Proven leadership and organisational skills - Can deliver on agreed budgets and targets - A positive “lead by example" attitude - Good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety standards - Knowledge of SAP is essential - Expertise in creating and managing value-added products will be an advantage - Have the right to work in New Zealand - Rostered 40 hours per week If successful, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Butchery Department, and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.
