Treasury Supervisor

**Description**

The Treasury Supervisor in a Pet Food Company is responsible for managing the company’s financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed. This includes managing the company’s cash flow, preparing financial reports, and working closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies.

**Requirements**:
Job Qualifications for the Treasury Supervisor include:

- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Several years of experience in financial management, including experience in cash management and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software, such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA) is preferred, but not required

**Responsibilities**

Roles for the Treasury Supervisor include:

- Overseeing the company’s banking relationships and managing the company’s accounts
- Coordinating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial record keeping
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including budgets, financial statements, and cash flow projections
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Managing the company’s risk management activities, including the implementation of insurance policies and financial hedging strategies
- Providing financial guidance to the management team and assisting with decision-making
