This SaaS startup is on a mission to reduce inequality in NZ by creating a new path to wealth that is accessible to the average person.

You'll be contributing to the future technical design of their SaaS mobile product and impact mission to help the next generation of Kiwis become empowered savers

**About the Role**:
As a technical leader, your role is integral to the company's success. A big chunk of your day will be spent working closely with the operating/delivery team, building the capability of the people in their area. You'll be across the product's technical design to ensure the development and best practices of the operating teams are followed.

You'll be proactive in analysing and recommending security protocols that fit best practices across the company, help manage the security documentation process for the product to make sure it's compliant with best practice standards, and recommend and implement CICD hardening best practice.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Significant experience as a Senior Engineer
- A working knowledge of Cloud Native Governance (AWS)
- Practical experience implementing and monitoring cloud-native security (Control Tower, Security Hub, Macie etc)
- Experience with SoC and or PCI compliance standards
- Experience in multiple technical architectural approaches, including serverless
- Proven experience providing architectural leadership
- DevOps Experience would be great too
- Actively coached and mentored team members in their careers
