**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
Reporting into the Head of Analytics and Insights, the purpose of this role is to lead a team of high performing analysts to respond to the demands of the fast moving retail environment.
You will be lifting the commercial acumen and business understanding of the team through building closer business connections & understanding, integration of 3rd party data sets and macroeconomic data and sparking industry and business curiosity.

You will also be responsible for:

- Leading out and owning key business data partnerships and agency relationships on behalf of the Analytics & Insights team.
- Building out and leading strategic insights capability development across the team

**About You | Mōu**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Deep technical knowledge of retail insights and at least 10+ years experience
- Excellent data storytelling skills
- Chapter development experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Expert communicator with senior leaders across the organisation
