Located in the heart of sunny Orewa, a 1-minute walk to the Beach and an easy 20-minute drive from North Shore Plus NO Late Nights One Saturday a month This role sees you running an established and successful Lancome Counter with a team approach.

Your Role: Lancome is the #2 brand in store and has seen excellent growth in the last 18 months. This has been due to regular promotional activity, communication, and understanding and listening to customer needs. We listen and respond to what we hear, we're not here to just make the sale. You need to have had the experience of running a successful counter and be confident in creating an exciting customer offer. With the right smile, the right energy and the right personality, you will succeed.

This cosmetic team is an established and successful group that know its stuff. You'll enjoy who you work with, and be able to bring your own flair.

You would need to demonstrate:

- Experience with cosmetics in retail, and a passion for the beauty industry.
- A desire to succeed in and grow the Lancome brand.
- An ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers for long-term success.
- Create and implement in-store activity to promote the brand.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of presentation.
- A cosmetic or pharmacy background would be ideal; however, it is not essential
