Sisa Limited is seeking a reliable and motivated Fleet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our courier business based in Auckland.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to oversee the management, coordination and smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING TASKS TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS**:

- Organise the purchase, leasing, and sale of vehicles and manage related agreements.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Cordinate, plan and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely collection and delivery of goods.
- Supervise drivers, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.
- Monitor compliance with transport laws, NZTA regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Manage and Maintain customer bookings, fleet records, reports, and operational documents.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Liaise with clients and third parties to resolve issues and maintain service standards.

**Qualification, Experience and**A**ttributes**R**equired**
- The applicant must have atleast 3 years of relevant industry experience and a Level 7 or above qualification.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle leasing, purchasing, and maintenance processes.

**Pay & Benefits**
- Full-time permanent employment.
- Minimum of 30 hours/week guaranteed.
- Hourly rate ranges between $23.50-$24.
