**The Role**
This is your chance to unlock the drinks master within This position requires you to pour and whip up drinks for our clientele, maintaining the highest of standards creating memorable and charming experiences.
This role would be ideal for a student who is looking for Friday and/or Saturday evening shifts over the summer, with the opportunity for weekday nights too. We can work around your schedule
Your main responsibilities include:
- Greeting (and charming) customers.
- Making, serving and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled, mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems including cleaning and maintaining bar service areas.
- Promoting products and upselling.
- Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses as well as tapping kegs and attaching supply lines.
- Handling customer payments.
- Assisting the sales manager as required.
