**About the Role**

As the Housekeeping Executive you will be responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Straterically planning, coordination and monitoring of all Housekeeping activities
- Prepares the annual Housekeeping budget and fulfils the financial objectives of the hotel through proper and efficient management; ensure that the department's Operational Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled; ensure monthly forecasted figures are achieved
- Establishes control systems for Employee Uniforms, Linen, Housekeeping Equipment, materials and supplies.
- Ensure all employees attend and complete required training, meetings or other scheduled activities as required
- Planning, budgeting and managing regular maintatence of rooms and public areas.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualification**:

- 10 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience in a 5 star Luxury hotel.
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line Executive Housekeeping Manager
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Power point.
- Detailed knowledge of use of cleaning agents and chemicals
- Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
- Well-developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills
