In Hamilton we have two awesome venues currently on the hunt for new recruits to take on the role of running a shift, leading a team and generally being an awesome front face of the business in the all important Duty Manager role.

The Wayward Pigeon & The Roaming Giant** have established themselves as part of their communities offering a fantastic restaurant and bar experience to their large local bases. These state of the art “local pubs” service the suburbs of Rototuna, Chartwell and Queenwood. The teams work hard, have fun, aim to get better everyday, are innovative, self-aware and empathetic. We have a strong focus on integrity and we love to support our communities.

- You understand the difference between “customer service” and creating a fantastic “customer experience” - creating the feeling of manaakitanga in the venue, with your customers and your team
- You are all about integrity, you do the right thing even when no-one is watching
- It would be great if you have had some hospitality leadership experience but this could also be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into their first DM role - lots of support is provided
- This is hospo so the ability to work weekends and evenings is pretty vital
- And of course from the compliance angle you will need your LCQ and a current GM Certificate
