Drake is proud to be working with a NZ owned retail icon in the search for a Retail Support Person, based in Petone, Lower Hutt. This full time, Monday to Friday role will support the head office management team and provide a very important link between head office and the retail stores.

You'll be a confident communicator with a good team player attitude but above all, you'll be flexible organised, have a creative eye for detail and be extremely comfortable and capable working with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. A solid understanding of using social media to its full potential and some previous retail experience and use of various POS systems would be an advantage.

A large part of this role will see you utilising your creative skills to plan, create and ultimately design the monthly flyers and ad hoc advertising material right up to the print stage. Your understanding of upcoming holidays and festive periods will also be essential to assist with the marketing of this. You will be a strong and effective communicator both verbally and electronically as this this skill will help you work closely with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
