About Us:
Lilliputt Mini Golf offers a fun, family-friendly environment with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and a memorable mini-golf experience. We are looking for a dedicated Mini Golf Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure our venue remains a top destination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage staff rosters to ensure full shift coverage.
- Supervise staff performance, ensuring completion of opening/closing procedures and resolving any operational or personnel issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members, resolving issues and escalating to management if necessary and handle escalated customer concerns or complaints professionally.
- Maintain the mini-golf course to exceptional standards, managing repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both staff and visitors.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management, including terminations when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher educational achievement (NZQF Level 7 or above).
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle operational and administrative tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours as required.
