**Driver & Production Assistant - Commercial Dry Cleaning Service**

Sparkle DryCleaners has been in business for over **50 years**, providing a **premium dry cleaning and laundry service** to **5-star hotels**. Over the past two decades, we have established ourselves at the forefront of **hotel dry cleaning and laundry services**, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care.

We are currently looking for a **Driver & Production Assistant** to join our professional and efficient team. This role is not just about driving—you will also play a key part in our production team, helping to **sort, process, and assemble orders** to keep our customers running smoothly.

**About the Role**:
✔ **Early morning starts - 5:00 AM**
✔ **Weekend work required**
✔ **Full-time & permanent - minimum 40 hours per week**
✔ **$25 per hour + weekend bonus pay**

**Duties include**:

- **Operating a 2T truck with a tail lift** (class 1 license required) safely and efficiently
- **Collecting, delivering, and sorting garments** for our commercial clients
- **Assisting in processing laundry** to industry standards
- **Operating industrial laundry machines** (loading/unloading washers and dryers)
- **Folding, packing, and assembling orders**:

- **Following safe work procedures and maintaining efficiency**

**What We’re Looking For**:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
✔ **A clean and full NZ driver’s license** (**Class 1** - capable of safely operating a **2T truck with a tail lift**)
✔ **Eligibility to work in New Zealand** (NZ residents or citizens only)
✔ **Reliability & punctuality** - Able to start at 5 AM and commit to weekend shifts
✔ **Physical fitness** - Able to lift **5-15kg** and handle repetitive tasks
✔ **Attention to detail** - Ensuring accuracy in orders and deliveries
✔ **A strong work ethic** - Willing to assist in all aspects of production
✔ **A positive team attitude** - Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
