**Senior Parts Advisor**

Our parts department is now looking for a Senior Parts Advisor
- Permanent and full-time role
- Full training will be provided
- Competitive Salary + Monthly Bonus

**About the Company and Role**

We are proud of the suite of luxury European car brands represented by Continental Cars including Ferrari, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, and BMW. With our parts department offering genuine parts, accessories and merchandises for Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Ferrari brands. As our new Senior Parts Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers to deliver solutions and promote products. Provide assistance to other parts advisers in achieving all goals and targets set by both management and distributors. Efficiently collaborate with all dealership departments to maximise repeat business and seek every opportunity of sales growth.

**You will also be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Provide expert technical knowledge to customers
- Provide expert technical knowledge to other Parts Advisers
- Keep customers informed of company services, new products and features, price movements, supply situation etc
- Ensure all orders and quotations are processed and completed in a timely fashion.
- Despatch goods in accordance with supply schedules.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely fashion

**To be considered for this role, you must have and be able to demonstrate the following;**
- Experience of at least 3-4 years in similar role
- Outstanding knowledge in automotive parts
- Experience with the dealer management system Autoline is a definite advantage
- Confident and always striving for the highest level of customer service
- A positive and can-do attitude
- An immaculate presentation at all times
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Warehouse tasks understanding
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Effective relationship building skills
- Organised and controlled task execution
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Full NZ drivers' licence
