**About the role**

Ottoman Ashburton is looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our busy store which serves hundreds of our lovely clients per day. This is a full-time role and requires dedication and attention to detail to succeed.

**Following are the duties, you need to perform**:

- Taking full responsibility to manage and lead the business.
- Recruiting and training staff to ensure we have adequate resources all the time.
- Add/remove/update menu in consultation with the chefs/cooks
- Build strong relationship with customers by providing them with a high level of customer service, food quality and listening to their feedback/complaints.
- Proposing budgets according to future plans and goals
- Promoting goods and services of the store
- Plan and organise functions as per guest requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
- Getting feedback from customers and acting on it
- Making sure the staff is motivated at all the times.
- Liaising with other stakeholders as required
- Making sure inventory is under control and stock has been ordered.
- You may need to serve customers as well.
- any other tasks as and when required.

**You will need the following skills**:

- Must hold a relevant hospitality/business qualification ORat least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Must be available on weekends, early morning, public holidays etc
- Well organized and passionate about the job
- Must have clean criminal history
- Must pass pre-employment checks if required.
