Principal Analyst Transformation

**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the Role**:
The Transformation Management Office works with disabled people and communities, colleagues across Whaikaha and the government to scope and implement options for repurposing Whaikaha annual investment in services and supports.
As the Principal Analyst Transformation, you will provide strategic leadership and help oversee the implementation activity that supports disabled people to have more agency and choice in building the lives they seek.
You will support the Programme Director Transformation and the Transformation Management Office to lead transformation activity that supports person-and whanau-centred design and building the evidence base for investment decisions.

**Ko wai koe | About You**:
You will have proven experience in transformation and change initiatives in the public sector. You will have broad experience and skills in leading programmes and working at a strategic level, including across sectors.
You will be experience in supporting person and whanau centred design, at both the delivery and system levels.
You will have a proven and successful track record in strategic planning, operational management, project management, financial management or performance monitoring processes and a sound knowledge of disability policy would be an advantage.
To undertake this role successfully, you will be a disabled person or be able to establish credibility and trust with the disability community, as well as having empathy and an understanding of the unique and diverse experiences of disabled people.

**Salary range**: $117,419 - $174,069
