**Key duties and responsibilities**:
Assist with the transportation, loading and unloading of machinery as required
Following and understanding instructions
Reporting and issues regarding equipment and operational improvements
Deliver quality finished result through high attention to detail
Show up clean and tidy every day

**About you**:
Someone who loves the outdoors and the smell of freshly cut grass
A mechanically minded person who loves operating machinery
An independent individual who enjoys working long hours unsupervised

**Skills and qualifications**:
**Essential -** Maintain a positive attitude in the face of problems
**Essential -** Ability and willingness to work alone and self-manage tasks
**Essential -** Clean driver’s license
**Desireable -** WTR endorsement
**Desireable -** Experience in machine operations (spray units, posi-track mulchers, or tractors)
**Desireable -** Class 2 license
