About the role:
Customs Support is responsible for general office duties within the UPS/Fliway Customs Division. You are also responsible for supporting the customs clearance brokers ensuring that all documentation is correct by working with importers and exports to gather and compile this information. You will be communicating and working with MPI and NZ Customs, as well as other government authorities to ensure consignments meet the requirements of these authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide help with inquiries about products or services, guide customers through troubleshooting processes, and resolve issues they encounter.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while maintaining professionalism.
- Assist with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and encourage loyalty.
