We are looking for individuals that can deliver exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and providing the best solutions and advice. The role will be dealing with both Trade and DIY customers in our fast-paced Drive-Thru Department. The key responsibilities are assisting customers within the yard and drive-thru, picking and loading customers’ orders for deliveries and collection. We are looking for a reliable, hard working individual who is able to roll up their sleeves and assist our Trade Team, both in the yard and drive through. This role is a permanent full time role, including weekends on a roster basis, reporting to the Trade Drive Through Manager. For this position we are seeking someone who has: - Enthusiasm and team spirited with a "can do" attitude; - Preferably a reasonable understanding of the building industry and its products; - Physically fit and have solid health and safety values as some manual heavy lifting is involved; - A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt, be flexible and willing to learn; - Excellent communication skills; - Current full NZ drivers' licence; - Experience using a forklift, preferable with F endorsement licence.
