They are in the process of rolling out the new Citrix Environment that their members nationwide are migrating to. Providing ongoing testing, acceptance, roll-out of fixes and vendor training and support will be key to your role.
- In depth working knowledge and previous experience in the Microsoft Suite - including Word and Excel
- Experience administering or working with databases, Oracle preferred (e.g. basic knowledge of SQL, executing scripts, familiarity with command prompt and SQLPlus)
- Experience in providing remote end user support including connection to user devices (knowledge of Jira cloud software favoured)
- Experience in Business Analysis including systems implementation and delivery
- Excellent project management and self-leadership skills
