With a fast growing, highly successful team and new projects starting all over New Zealand, this consultancy is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a busy team in Tauranga.

To be successful, you'll have a degree in Structural Engineering with 6 or more years of strong, recent seismic design experience relevant to the New Zealand market. You’ll contribute your expertise to a range of sectors across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, industrial, major infrastructure to name a few. Your sound technical and commercial skills will be matched by your ability to manage projects and relationships. You’ll demonstrate the enthusiasm, expert working knowledge and intelligence that underpins this company's story. There will be an opportunity to take on added responsibilities in a flat structure, and be a part of the growth story for this office, with plans to grow the team.

**You will need**:

- BEng qualification
- Minimum 6 years structural project design experience
- CPEng or close to
- Familiarity with a range of projects from residential to commercial and industrial, both new build and remediation
- A thorough technical and project management understanding
- To be familiar with business development and the management of client relationships

You'll be working alongside other teams with the flexibility to work from home or travel across offices. There are some of the best industry leading engineers who work for this company, with people who've defined the engineering industry and continue to break ground across NZ.
