We are currently looking for a talented Diversional and Recreational Therapist to become part of our team at our Summerset at **Village**. **This is a Full time permanent role.**

A weekend rate of an additional **40 percent** of the hourly rate.
**Qualifications** Who are we looking for?**
- Someone who can provide meaningful and purposeful recreational programs
- Someone with a pre-existing passion for Diversional and Recreational Therapy
- Someone with a good level of human awareness (empathy & compassion)
- Someone who understand holistic approaches (person centre care)
- Someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, innovative, creative and resourceful
- Someone who is self-motivated, respectful, curious, open minded and proactive
- Someone with good communications skills and strong willingness to learn
- Someone who is available to work full **time**:

- Must Hold a full valid NZ Driver Licence
- Fully Qualified and License Diversional and Recreational Therapist (Registered DRT). If you don't hold a DRT Licence, or if you are not a Qualified DRT, you must be willing to complete the NZQA Certificate in Diversional Therapy
