Slade Health is an international sterile compounding service provider with accredited manufacturing facilities based in Australia and New Zealand. As a well-established industry name, Slade has been producing aseptically compounded pharmaceutical products such as chemotherapy drugs for use by patients in hospitals for over 50 years.

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the National Trials Coordinator, you will work closely with the Quality/Operations department, providing clinical trial support to the compounding centre, with a strong continuous improvement focus. The role is offered on a full-time basis working 80 hours per fortnight.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients
- Management of Investigational Medicinal Products with clinical trials
- Manage study binders to ensure trial documentation are kept up to date
- Respond to clinical trial enquiries
- Attend site initiation and monitoring visits from research monitors
- Contribute to process improvement
- Provide production oversight for clinical trial batch orders
- Provide production support to all clinical trial process steps where required
- Ensure all complaints are entered into the quality system
- Be actively involved in corrective and preventative action items for clinical trial complaints
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical trial customers

**Who we are looking for**:
As a registered pharmacist with New Zealand based pharmacy experience, you will have a team orientated attitude, a focus on delivering exceptional service and care to patients, and the ability to manage your own workload with good communication skills to effectively liaise with a wide range of health professionals. You will be highly driven and have high attention to detail and a passion for building on your clinical trial skills and knowledge.

**_Clinical trial, hospital or cleanroom experience will be highly regarded._**
