**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
This role plays a pivotal part in telling AT's transformational story. An impactful story that will connect with all AT people and our stakeholders at board level. This story telling could be developing case studies, play books, ELT papers or presentation for our AT Board. These will be stories based on good data and where possible leveraging innovative communication approaches.
This role also works right across the organisation, to develop and execute events that bring the right stakeholders together at the right time. For Big Room Planning, Prioritisation Planning and Monthly showcases.

The Kea Communications and Engagement Partner lives and breathe the Kea principles: Collaborative, Empowered, Adaptive and Impactful.
This person will have experience in internal communications in a complex organisation.
This person will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working with stakeholders at a wide range of levels.
This person naturally operates with a customer first mindset and will ideally have has some exposure to adaptive ways of working and / or project management. They will be highly organised, have a growth mindset and be as curious as befits a Kea.
